- Items may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact (e.g., dust bags, authenticity cards, original boxes)26.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Jewelry pierced for hygiene reasons (e.g., earrings).
- Customized or personalized items (e.g., engraved pieces).
- Items without original packaging or authentication materials6.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Log in to your Luxorium account and navigate to “Order History.”
- Select the item(s) and provide a reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions within 1-3 business days24.
- Pack the item securely using the original packaging, including the RA number inside the package.
4. Shipping Costs
- Free returns: We cover return shipping costs for items damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments (our error).
- Customer-covered returns: For returns due to size, style, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees and insurance68.
5. Inspection and Refund Processing
- Upon receipt, our team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days to verify its condition.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days4.
- Note: Shipping fees for original orders are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges

7. Damaged or Defective Items
