Please note: This time is required for payment clearance, order packaging, and quality control before your parcel is handed over to our shipping carrier.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 10 to 14 business days.
- Total Estimated Timeframe: Therefore, you can expect to receive your order within 11 to 18 business days (processing + delivery) from the date you place your order.
- What are “Business Days”? Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends (Saturday, Sunday) and national holidays. Delivery times may be extended during major holiday seasons (e.g., Christmas, New Year, Black Friday).
3. Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We partner with reliable international shipping carriers (e.g., Postal Services, UPS, DHL, etc.). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s journey and get more precise delivery updates.
4. Factors That Can Affect Delivery
Please be aware that the estimated delivery time is not a guarantee. The following factors may cause delays beyond our control:

- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided.

- Peak holiday seasons and high shipping volumes.
5. What If My Order Is Delayed?
While we ensure to dispatch your order on time, occasional delays can happen during transit. If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please first:

- Ensure your shipping address is correct.
- Check for any “attempted delivery” notices from your local post office.
